Hear public comment and consider approval for the proposed Text Amendment to the Town of Cornelius Land Development Code requested by Rick Zoerb to Section 15.2-H, clarifying the location of expansions to automotive sales.

Manager's Recommendation:
Hear public comment and approve the Ordinance amending the Land Development Code for TA 06-12.
