The PARC Dept. received seven requests for qualification submittals for the Caldwell Station Creek Greenway design consultant services. Three consultants were interviewed by an interview panel of Town staff and a Mecklenburg County staff member with greenway experience. The panel recommended that the contract be awarded to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. for $59,115. Stantec will develop a trail alignment and probable cost estimate, including public input meetings, for the proposed contract. Once a perfered alignment and cost estimate is developed, the Town Board will consider approval to proceed with the proposed alignment and construction document development phase.
Consider awarding contract to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. and grant authority to the Town Manager and Town Attorney to finalize terms with Stantec.
