Action Requested:
The PARC Dept. received eight requests for qualification submittals for the Robbins Park Phase II design consultant services. Three consultants were interviewed by an interview panel of Town staff, a Mecklenburg County staff person with water quality experience, and PARC Commissioner. The panel recommended that the contract be awarded to Wirth and Associates, Inc.
 
Consider awarding contract to Wirth and Associates, Inc. for $100,000 and grant authority to the Town Manager and Town Attorney to finalize terms with Wirth.
Manager's Recommendation:
Recommends approval.
