Action Requested:
Hold Public Hearing and Consider Approval of TA 02-12 Fences, Garden Walls and Retaining Wallsto amend the Land Development Code to consolidate the fence, retaining wall and garden wall regulations currently in various sections of the Code with one specific section in Chapter 4 Architectural Requirements.
